Interested in finding out more about our tutored online course in partnership with NILE on teaching English to refugees and migrants?

We're holding a free online session on Tuesday 5th August at 1pm BST.

During the session, we'll tell you a bit more about how the course works and answer any questions you have about teaching English to refugees and migrants.

I've been doing my job for 25 years, teaching English in an immigration detention centre at Gatwick Airport to refugees, migrants and former prisoners, and I'm very happy to answer any questions you might have.

Meanwhile Chris (the other half of TERM) runs Specialist Language Courses, global providers of ESOL and other English language services. He also heads up a team of highly experienced English language teachers. What he doesn't know about pedagogy and best current practice probably isn't worth knowing!

You might want to know:

  • Is this course for me?

  • How long is it?

  • How do the interactive elements of the course work?

  • When are the live sessions?

  • When does it start and end?

  • What qualifications will I get?

You can register to join the Zoom session here.

If you've got anything to ask us beforehand, send us a message or search us out on LinkedIn.

Hope to see you on the 5th August to answer any questions you have.
